Whoa! That was fast. Only 3 weeks since our last blast and it's still Scorpio season. We'll be in the midst of a Mercury Retrograde so definitely double check your booking and leave early for this one. We hope to see you there.What to expect:
A warm welcome & introduction
Tuning in with your breath
60 minute Gong Bath
Time to reawaken, reconnect and recover.
What you'll need:
Yoga mat/s
Warm clothing
Cushion
Blanket (maybe a couple for extra comfort)
Water
Whatever else you need to feel comfortable as you'll be lying down for 60 minutes

Gong to the Moon aka Kellie Jones & Tom Gutridge take you on a journey of sound with the intention of raising your frequency and expanding your consciousness. Using Crystal Singing Bowls, drums, rattles, chimes and the stars of the show the Saturn and Uranus Planetary Gongs.
A sound bath is a deeply intense layering of sound and vibration from head toe which can induce a meditative state by stimulating alpha and theta brain waves. Alpha brain waves are present during light meditation, daydreaming, and deep relaxation. Theta brain waves are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditation, and hypnosis.
