About the Neighborhood Navigators Program
The Neighborhood Navigators program connects neighbors to each other and to essential local resources through in-person engagement during public “Community Hours” held throughout the neighborhood.
With over half of our neighborhood's renters spending 30% or more of their income on housing, and unresponsive or negligent landlords taking advantage of the housing market and housing crisis, volunteer Neighborhood Navigators work to help neighbors advocate for their rights and access vital services and resources.
We’re seeking current and former renters to join us in supporting the community by sharing knowledge, guiding neighbors to resources, and strengthening connections among renters.
2025 Renter Rights & Advocacy Calendar
Building on the success of our 2024 events, we’re planning the 2025 training calendar with partners like HOMEline and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services. From eviction protections to understanding your rights as a renter, let us know which topics and renter-focused events would be most helpful for you and your neighbors!
