November Nature Immersion and Sacred Rest

For the women who feel most at home amongst the trees � A place that naturally slows the nervous system. This Nature Immersion is a gentle, sensory‑rich experience for women who want to breathe, soften, and reconnect before winter begins.
We’ll wander slowly through the quieter woodland edges, explore simple sensory invitations, create a small clay imprint token, and settle into a deep Sacred Rest held with drum, bowl, and soft sound. Women who have a drum are welcome to bring it for a gentle, optional communal rhythm moment.
