At this month's meeting, we shall welcome Ms. Natalie Crawford, the newly appointed CEO of Mended Hearts International. She will address us in her new capacity, and will receive a plaque presented by our chapter to Mr. Al Voss, her predecessor. Originally, Al and Natalie were to visit us together as part of their national tour so that Al could introduce Natalie as his successor. But Al's health required him to resign early and hand the reins over to Natalie. I have no doubt that we are all excited to hear Natalie's plans for MH's future. She will gladly answer our questions.
SURPRISE! SURPRISE! SURPRISE! We are going to serve a lunch of Mexican food to all attendees at the meeting. The On The Border Mexican Restaurant is catering the lunch, and their food is delicious. If you are going to attend the Meeting, please RSVP by Wednesday, November 11th by calling me at 858-518-0544. We need an accurate headcount before the meeting to complete our food order..
As usual, we shall meet at 1:00 p.m. at the San Diego Cardiac Center, 3131 Berger Ave., SD 92123, 2d Floor. Don't be late! The meal is served HOT.
