Gong meditation on Friday, November 15th, at 6pm sharp.Gong Baths are a medium of sound and vibrational healing. Affecting the nervous system and the body's cells as the waves of sound "wash" of the body which is at rest in a Shavasana (resting or yogic sleep) meditative state.
Please avoid caffeine a few hours before, bring a blanket and pillow to lay on the salt floor if you like, and don't forget those socks to enter the salt room.
Due to the responsibility to the facilitator, this is a non-refundable event.
