For this class please come prepared with a journal, pen, yoga mat and open heart.
This class will include light movement, breathwork, teachings of the moon cycle, a release burn ritual, and self guided oracle card readings.
Lo’s intention for the full moon gatherings is to bring the spiritual community together in a safe space for all with the opportunity to reflect, connect, and release what no longer serves us. This class is designed for anyone who is journeying into the self. This class will occur once a month, on the night of the full moon, centering the theme of that moon.
Lo (they/them) is an artist, yogi, and tarot reader from Southern California. They began practicing yoga in 2017 to heal trauma from their body while studying Studio Art at California State University Long Beach. They moved to Little Rock in 2020, carrying their practice to Barefoot Studios. In 2022, they embarked on earning their 200hr YTT with Prison Yoga Project and began facilitating yoga classes for youth at the Pulaski County Juvenile Detention Center in Little Rock. They currently work at the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, as well as provide one on one Tarot Readings, and make/sell clothes and art at local pop up events. Lo has a passion for being in community and connecting with others who are interested in the spiritual world within and around themselves.
