Brrrr... It's getting colder outside! Come join me and warm up with some family yoga fun!EVENT: November Family Yoga Class (ages 6+)
This family yoga class is 45 minutes long and is designed for parents and kids to move, breathe, and connect together. The first 30 minutes will focus on fun yoga flows, partner poses, and mindfulness exercises. Families are welcome to head out after 30 minutes, or stay for the full 45 minutes to enjoy a longer cool-down and relaxation together! Here are more details below as well:
