Come join us for a cozy gathering at Utah Birth Suites for our November Doula Circle event! Whether you're a seasoned doula or just starting out, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and learn from one another.

This will be a potluck style Doula Circle, so bring a soup, side, or dessert to share!

We will get to learn from Erin, a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, perinatal yoga therapist, and perinatal holistic health coach! She is going to teach us how yoga and movement can help heal in the prenatal and postpartum periods!
