Blanket for comfort
Water
Journal for reflection
Intentions are always welcome, however if you can't think of one that is ok also. The journey always guides us where we need to go. Just don't stress about it, however if there is something that is heavy on your heart or you are looking to be healed or to let go of, this is the perfect time with the new moon.
