Join Kaelyn Rogers as she leads you through a 3 hour all levels acroyoga workshop! We will spin, flip, and fly, laugh a whole lot, and get in a great workout.
This workshop will focus on technique to help you find confidence and strength as you explore your power as a base and a flyer. For those with experience, we will work to find ease in your flow, exploring new transitions and sequences.
The class will include: conditioning and strengthening, games to build trust and comfort, L base acrobatics, and dance lifts.
This workshop is designed for all levels. It will absolutely be beginner friendly and various options will be provided to increase the challenge for those with experience. Content will be modified to provide you with the appropriate level of challenge and support no matter where you are in your practice.

About the instructor: Kaelyn Rogers is an occupational therapist, yoga therapist, and acro teacher. She has completed both the Acro Revolution and Bossy Flyer Teacher trainings, as well as various short term trainings with world renowned teachers. Kaelyn has taught in more than 35 states and 10 countries (on 4 continents). Kaelyn uses her knowledge about kinesiology and movement to provide feedback on movement quality and ensure safe and efficient movement of her students. Her teachings emphasize technique, communication, and safety, and ensure that all participants will find an appropriate challenge, feel supported, and have fun. Her main focus in both her own practice and her teaching is on creative process, funky flows, and pops.
