Hello! I'm Natalie Minor, a lifetime learner and archer of dreams. Through the years, my talent for organizing has grown into a passion and purpose. I help folks move through the process of letting go slowly, so they’re not left with the aftermath of devastation through a hurried transition, and so they can do the best for themselves and their loved ones… before it’s too late. Sharing my gifts is immensely rewarding through this incredibly healing process, where the after affects often yield more gain than anyone could imagine.
My methodology offers customized and mindful approaches to decluttering, rightsizing, planning, moving and staying organized, so my clients can enjoy the people and activities they want. During sessions, I help my clients optimize the function of their homes or offices, create flow to processes, and free up time and space. This relieves them from feeling stress and overwhelm. The same care and consideration is applied to a move (before, during and after).
My work is not a franchise or a hobby. I offer over 25 years of experience, expertise, knowledge, work ethic and a multi-faceted skillset. It's my pleasure and honor to be a partner in transition and to witness the transformation. Working side-by-side with my clients, we can accomplish anything to achieve desired outcomes.
Natalie is a Certified Productivity & Organizing Professional (CPO) through the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO) and a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM). She holds specializations in Life Transitions and Brain-based Conditions. She is co-lead for the Writing & Publishing Special Interest Group (SIG), and a member of NAPO’s Moving & Relocation SIG. Natalie holds an AAS in Commercial Photography, a BA in English Literature, and an MFA in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts.
Natalie owns SOULganizing (organizing) and Twilight Transitions (move management), both based in Reno, Nevada. SOULganizing is a certified Green Business through the Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful (KTMB) Sustainability program. Natalie is a part-time instructor at Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC), and is currently finishing her SMM certification through NASMM, as well as a coaching certification through The Awakened School. Her first book on organizing is scheduled to publish in 2025.
