Topic 1: Securing Your Systems When Working Remotely And Traveling
Presenter Name: Darrel Raynor

Topic 2: Always On or Game Ready? A Resilience Reset for Cyber Leaders
An elite performer steps into the arena already calm and focused on the moment in front of them. Many security leaders walk into their own arena (the 2 a.m. incident, the breach call) tense and scattered, and the first thing to go wrong knocks them off their game.
After the evening’s two talks, I’ll guide the room through a short breath practice for physical calm, mental clarity, and present attention, the three qualities an elite performer brings into the arena. You’ll then pair up with another member, and later join a small group, to trade the routines each of you already relies on to be game ready before the pressure rises.
You’ll leave with a pre-game routine you can run every day and a few more people in the chapter who know how you work at your best.
Presenter Name: Victoria Grandury
LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vgrandury/
Bio:
Victoria Grandury spent a decade in cybersecurity holding roles at Deloitte, HUMAN Security, and Sysdig, working across seven countries with multicultural teams in environments where staying steady was the job. She became known for aligning people across functions, building trust across cultures, and making decisions with clarity when everyone around her was moving on urgency alone. Her leadership showed that the ability to step back, pause, and respond with intention consistently outperforms urgency-driven decision-making.
She now works with cybersecurity professionals who are relied on to stay composed when incidents hit, move fast, or escalate, and who are beginning to feel the cost of that in their leadership, their relationships, and the parts of their life they aren’t present for.
Before founding Limitless Rebel, she piloted this work inside cybersecurity across engineering, sales, and product teams at Sysdig. Once she offered it company-wide, it became the most attended HR-sponsored programming in the organization’s history. She has since taken it to the stage at Austin Tech Week and LASCON.
A McGill and INSEAD alumna, certified NLP practitioner and HypnoBreathwork® facilitator, Kilimanjaro summiter, and Atlantic sailor, Victoria has spent as much time pushing her own limits as she has helping others redefine theirs.
