Join us for a weekend of Holotropic Breathwork® in St. Paul, Minnesota, November 13–15, 2026.
This experiential weekend offers space to turn inward, explore the depths of your consciousness, and connect with yourself in a supportive community.
Through the practice of Holotropic Breathwork®, we create space for self-exploration, insight, and personal discovery. Whether you are new to this work or have previous experience, you are invited to come as you are and explore what unfolds in a held and supportive environment.
What to Expect
Throughout the weekend, participants will take part in two Holotropic Breathwork® sessions, offering each person the opportunity to experience both the role of breather and sitter. The weekend also includes community connection, mandala creation, and integration practices to support reflection and sharing.

* Dinner and mandala creation
* Community circle and sharing
Lunch and dinner will be provided on Saturday.
Sunday, November 15 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
* Integration practice
* Closing community share

This weekend is an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and make room for deeper listening, embodied experience, and connection. Together, we will create space for whatever emerges, with support for the experience and time to reflect and integrate.
