They have "happy gadgets" given to them from their "happy mama" with the instruction to spread happiness and never break "the law" - they can never let a non-Happian use these gadgets alone! After crash landing on planet Earth and hiding out from government agents Nnu-Anu-Kf meets Shizuka (who affectionately names them Takopi!) and is determined to bring her happiness! This manga is not for the faint of heart! Despite how happy Takopi's mission seems to be, the lives of Shizuka and her classmates are significantly more complicated.
