Whether you're into spooky horror themes or want to showcase your best cosplay, this event is for you! Join us at the Spooky Halloween & Cosplay Photoshoot, where photographers and models can bring their wildest, creepiest, or most imaginative characters to life.

SFX MAKE UP ARTIST WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE EVENT FOR SPECIAL AND STANDARD MAKE UP. BOOK A TIME PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOOT TO LOCK IN YOUR TIME.

Our studios will be transformed into immersive, themed sets, perfect for capturing stunning photos:

• Classic horror sets with eerie spider webs, fog, and flickering candles for a terrifying atmosphere.
• A chilling blood room filled with realistic props for dramatic horror shots.
• Cosplay-friendly spaces for those stepping into the roles of their favorite characters, from superheroes to fantasy figures.
• Professional SFX makeup artists will be available to complete your look (additional fee for models). Make up artists infos and links to their pages will be up shortly to contact and set up your appointments.

Whether you're here for horror, cosplay, or a blend of both, this event is open to all creative visions!

• Access to multiple uniquely designed, horror-inspired sets.
• Suitable for both beginner and experienced photographers and models.
• Opportunities for both scary and non-scary shoots—cosplayers are welcome!
• SFX makeup available for models to take their look to the next level (additional cost).

• The Graveyard: A spooky cemetery with tombstones, fog machines, and eerie lighting.
• The Witch’s Den: An enchanting space filled with potions, cauldrons, and dark magic vibes.
• Haunted House: Studios will have a haunting feelings to really set the mood.

Doors Open: 3:30 PM

Models: If you need time to get ready or want makeup from the SFX artist, we suggest arriving around 2:00 PM to give yourself plenty of time to prep before shooting begins.

Meet & Greet: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Mingle with other attendees, meet the photographers, and discuss your shoot ideas before we get started.

Shooting Time: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Costumes: Participants are encouraged to come in Halloween-themed attire or cosplay.
