Ecstatic dance is a drug and alcohol free experience. There is no talking on the dance floor. This is a judgement free, safe space to find expression through movement! Come and move as you are! The music is all produced in 528hz and just being in the space will provide healing and grounding energy. This is your dance. We will have a cozy corner for breaks and mediation. We honor each others space and respect the journey! ALL Bodies, Abilities and Ages are Welcome!
Warm-up starts @ 7:15pm
Opening Circle @ 7:30pm with a guided breathing and grounding practice.
$20 investment.
*Dance is done barefoot /socks.
NO SHOES!
