Join Ashley Schnese, RDN, owner of Informed Intuition Birth & Nourishment, for a casual lunch & learn on gentle nutrition tips for pregnancy and postpartum! Light snacks and beverages will be provided. Speaker starts at noon and lasts approximately 20 mins, with plenty of time for Q&A and meeting other area moms!
