About this Event
In this mixology and ceramic workshop you’ll learn the art of creating delicious non-alcoholic Summer cocktails and how to craft hand-built ceramic tumblers.
What to Expect:
Mix and Master Two Summer-Themed Mocktails: Holistic Nutritionist and Mocktail Mixologist, Lila Volkas, will guide you through the art of crafting two delightful and vibrant mocktails that capture the essence of Summer. Learn tips and tricks for crafting satisfying non-alcoholic cocktails at home.
Hand-Build Your Own Clay Tumbler: Pottery Instructor & Art Educator, Caty Monahon, will guide you through the process of making your own hand-built clay tumbler. You’ll explore texture by using objects and natural items to decorate your cup. Your clay creation will be the perfect vessel for enjoying future Summer sips and will add a personal touch to your drinkware collection.
Enjoy a Relaxing and Social Atmosphere: This workshop is set in a relaxed and friendly environment, encouraging conversation, creativity, and connection.
Guidance from Professionals: Both segments of the workshop will be led by experienced professionals eager to share their knowledge and tips. You'll leave with skills you can use long after the class is over.
What You’ll Take Home:
Two Delicious Mocktail Recipes: Not only will you enjoy the drinks during the class, but you’ll also receive detailed recipes to recreate these refreshing mocktails at home.
Your Hand-Built Clay Tumbler: A unique and personal creation, perfect for enjoying your homemade mocktails. This tumbler will serve as a beautiful reminder of your creative afternoon.
Tumblers will be fired and glazed after the workshop by Caty. They will be ready 4-6 weeks from the workshop date for pick up at the studio. Shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. The studio can hold your work for up to one month after you are notified!
New Skills: Knowledge and techniques in both mocktail mixology and pottery, sparking potential new hobbies or enhancing your existing skills.
A Memorable Experience: A fun and fulfilling day of creativity, flavor, and connection.
