Nourishing Montgomery County

Nourishing Montgomery County is a community-centered event dedicated to raising awareness about the vital work taking place across our regional food system. This gathering will highlight the passionate stakeholders and organizations striving to create a more equitable, accessible, and sustainable food environment for everyone in Montgomery County.
There will be nearly twenty different organizations present to discuss their resources, educational workshops and talks throughout the day, a live radio broadcast with Oldies 97.3, steamed corn on the cob from the Carriage Hill steam engine, a visit from the Montgomery County Water Truck, along with crafts and activities in the Kids Fun Zone.
