Nourishing Hatha + Deep Rest

Join Helen for nourishing yoga movement and deep rest in this slow and steady, relaxing session. The practice will begin with a soothing hatha sequence designed to gently warm up and stretch out the whole body whilst connecting with a calming breath. We will then enjoy some time to rest in some simple restorative poses using props to support the whole body and create a little quiet space that’s just for you.
There will be time at the end of the session to enjoy a chat, a cup of tea and some tasty treats together.
