Join us to share stories and meet other families. Explore practical ideas about nutrition and wellbeing. You can also connect with people who understand. This is a hybrid event. You can join on Teams or in person.

Plans for the day include:

• Nutrition support and everyday life: understanding nutritional needs, when extra support might be needed, and how good nutritional support can help children thrive in everyday life.
• “Things we wish we’d known earlier”: Hear one family’s story. They will share what helped them. They will also talk about what surprised them and what they learned.
• Food, fun and family: Discover practical ideas and recipe inspiration.

Families are at the heart of the event. It is a chance to make connections and share experiences. It is also a chance to explore new possibilities.
