This workshop you will explore the fascinating world of chocolate — learning about different varieties, the science and hear stories of chocolate traditions from Mexico. You will choose from a wide selection of high-quality inclusions such as roasted nuts, dried fruits, spices, and seasonal treats, combining them to create your own one-of-a-kind flavour profiles.
Facilitated by Monica Lopez Castro a native of Mexico City, where chocolate is part of everyday life. Now living in Canada, she is starting to share her knowledge through online and in-person workshops, inspiring others to discover the joy and creativity of chocolate.
