Each quarter, we will gather in rhythm with the seasons to explore a core area of the human experience—Life, Health, Business, and Relationships—through the lens of Human Design and embodiment. Nourished By Design is a seasonal 5-hour mini retreat series designed to help you reconnect with your unique energetics in a grounded, embodied, and deeply practical way.
