Nourished At The Root

This summer, Ajowá is coming to Howth Castle.

Hosted within the stunning Howth Castle Cookery School, Nourished at the Root is an afternoon designed to fill you up with good food, good company and good energy.

You'll cook side by side with a chef using fresh, seasonal ingredients then sit down together in the Garden Room to enjoy everything you've made. Flowing wine, warm conversation, soft summer light and a table full of people who actually want to be there.

Come with your partner, your friends, your friend group or arrive solo and meet people you didn't know at the start of the afternoon but won't want to leave by the end of it.
