Your nervous system may be stuck in “stress mode.” Join Nutritionist & VitOrtho Ambassador Ksenia and Breathwork Facilitator & Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor Val for a unique 2-hour workshop blending simple nutritional strategies and breath-led practices to support your nervous system and restore balance.

In this part-educational, part-practical session, you will learn:

From Nutrition (with Ksenia)

✅ How the vagus nerve connects the brain and the gut, guiding and digestion
✅ Foods and habits that reduce overwhelm and support calm
✅ Nutrients and supplements (VitOrtho range) for resilience, sleep and focus
✅ Simple daily rituals to balance stress and digestion

From Breathwork (with Val)

✅ How your breathing patterns directly influence vagal tone and nervous system balance

✅ The difference between “over-breathing” (stress mode) and functional breathing (rest & digest)

✅ Simple practical techniques to support digestion, calm an overactive mind and train your nervous system for long-term resilience

You will leave with clear steps you can start using today to feel grounded, nourished and resilient.

This workshop is for anyone who:
✅ Feels stressed, restless, or “always on”
✅ Struggles with digestion, sleep, or focus under stress
✅ Wants simple, sustainable nutrition and breath strategies for balance
✅ Is curious how supplements and breath training can support nervous system health

Beginners welcome. No prior knowledge required.

Important Info

✨ Please do not arrive before 16:15 PM, but aim to arrive by 16:20 PM so we can begin promptly.

✨ Avoid eating a large meal within 1 hour of the session.

✨ This is a small, welcoming group session, so spaces are limited.

✨ Wear comfortable clothes you can gently move in and bring extra layers or a blanket in case you get cold.

✨ Bring a water bottle.



Contraindications and Safety Disclaimer

Your safety is our priority. This session is generally a safe and supportive practice, but some of the breathing practices may not be suitable for everyone.

Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before attending this session if you have:

  • Severe or uncontrolled breathing conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), emphysema or recent pneumothorax (collapsed lung).
  • Cardiovascular issues, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart surgery or a history of strokes.
  • Neurological conditions such as epilepsy.
  • Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, dissociative disorders) unless under professional supervision.
  • Pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester or if considered high-risk.
  • Recent surgeries or serious physical injuries.
