We're kicking off something new, and we’re all about sharing the good stuff. Swing by Nourish Wellness Cafe on April 20 for a evening of good food, good art, and some live music.

Featuring:

Heated Yoga: In this 60 minute class, the heat is set to 95 degrees with our infrared heated panels. This type of heat warms the body directly allowing further flexibility in a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. This class is beginner/immediate level.
