A 2 hour fun festive cookery experience for young people aged 12-18.
About this Event

We are excited to offer a free 2-hour holiday cookery session that will develop useful skills for life. Young people will participate in activities surrounding the Eatwell Guide including portion sizes, categorising food groups and healthy swaps.

Our young people will then be implementing this healthy knowledge into the preparation of a balanced meal for themselves to eat after the session. All students will be involved in the process of menu design, preparing, cooking, plating up and serving meals.

Who can take part?

Young people aged 12-18 who live in Hammersmith and Fulham and are eligible for free school meals.

What are the day's times?

We are running this session twice over the December Holidays.

- Tuesday 20th Dec: 9:30 - 11:45am (12-18 years old)

- Thursday 22nd Dec - 9:30 - 11:45am (12-18 years old)

*Please only book one session for your child. Tickets are currently only available for families with children eligible for free school meals!

Where is the cookery session at?

Nourish Hub, Unit 1 Swanscombe House,1 St Anns Road, Shepherds Bush, W11 4SS.

Ticket Types

Priority Tickets for those receiving Free School Meals will be available first. General admission tickets will be released one week before the event if space is available.
