Through FermenTABLE, she runs workshops, delivers speaking events about the health benefits of fermentation, and develops delicious recipes. Catalina has been fermenting food for more than 20 years. She believes in the benefits that a healthy diet does to support the immune system, and she wants to help raise awareness of sustainability, zero waste and good gut health through fermenting food.
