NOURISH: A Women’s CeremonyCome co-create a nourishing space where you can return home to yourself.
An afternoon of connection, softness, and gentle ritual, an invitation to simply be.
Hannah and I are thrilled to open this circle, a space to meet like-minded women and practice holding space together. There is no pressure here, just presence, warmth, and curiosity. Come as you are and learn with us.
During our two hours together, we will:
• Arrive and build an altar to hold us and our intentions
• Sip delicious cacao and chai to warm our hearts
• Share what we’re seeking from this experience
• Ground through breathwork and centering
• Enjoy a moment of silence and reflection
• Welcome connection and gentle movement, maybe even a little music
• Closing circle, with time to connect, integrate, and just be together
Essentials for a cozy, grounded circle
• A mug for tea or cacao
• A journal + pen for reflections
• A blanket or shawl to stay cozy
• Comfortable clothing for sitting, breathing, and relaxing
• An item for the altar that feels meaningful to you
• An open heart and willingness to slow down
