NouLou van Beethoven

Celebrate NouLou Chamber Players' 11th Season with NouLou van Beethoven, our Parlor Signature Concert in the historic library at Oxmoor Farm. Enjoy a special pre-concert reception featuring handcrafted bourbon from Oxmoor Bourbon Company before joining us for an evening that reveals Beethoven's playful, convivial side. Inspired by the lively salon gatherings of early 19th-century Vienna, NouLou van Beethoven showcases the composer's wit, warmth, and gift for bringing friends together through music. Featuring the full NouLou Chamber Players ensemble—voice, strings, winds, horn, and piano—the program includes the sparkling Serenade for flute, violin, and viola, beloved Irish and Scottish folksong arrangements, the brilliant Quintet for Piano and Winds, and the exuberant Septet in E-flat Major. Join us for an evening of unforgettable chamber music, good company, and shared celebration in one of Louisville's most charming settings.
