To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a refund on all tickets if:
Tickets are purchased before Thursday 18th of August
You are not accepted into your preferred university and decide not to attend any University.
If you are accepted into a university we will endeavour to transfer your ticket to one of our other events.
Refunds must be requested by Monday the 18th of August and proof must be provided to us via email that you did not get into your chosen university at support@fresherswelcomeweek.com

Our Freshers Bundle for each week start at just £9.99! . However, there is a limited number available at this price, so be sure to get them ASAP to save money.
What is the minimum age for attendance?
All our organised events are for individuals aged 18 and over.
Can I bring non-student friends?
Absolutely! Attending university is not a requirement for our events, but please ensure your friends are of a similar age.
How does entry with a freshers wristband work?
Entry is simple. Once you've collected your wristband, wear it on your wrist, and just like at any festival, show your wristband for entry to all the events covered by that particular wristband. It's secure and virtually impossible to lose, ensuring a safe entry for you!
