For one night only, Rossi transforms into a celebration of oysters, wine and vibrant energy. Experience a frenzy of bottomless freshly shucked oysters from the famed Moonlight Flat Oysterage on the Clyde River Estuary, Batemans Bay. Artisan grower Steve Filleti brings you his finest Moonlight Kisses, Rusty Wire and Claire de Lune oysters. These will be free flowing across multiple stations throughout the evening.

New this year, a dedicated mussel station serving Portarlington mussels cozze alla marinara. To match, enjoy a curated selection of exceptional Australian wines alongside Rossi Lager, sparkling, soft drinks and water. Live DJ set throughout the night

The venue is easily accessible from Prahran Station and Chapel Street as well as Commercial Road and Malvern Road by tram and bus.

Please note this is a stand up event with limited seating.

• Good Company Bar Group supports and practices Responsible Service of Alcohol.
• Doors open at 6:30pm. Package/service concludes at 9pm but venue will remain open with drinks.
• Oysters and food will be served from multiple stations around the venue.
