Nothing Off-Limits | An Intimate Evening w/ Blind Adventurer Lonnie Bedwell

Join us for a close-knit, hosted evening centered around story, presence, and connection at Paragraph.

This small gathering will feature a private screening of a short film connected to the journey of Lonnie Bedwell, an Indiana native, blind Army veteran, and adventurer.

What we’ll share

• Feel of Vision (20 minutes) — filmed during Lonnie’s expedition through the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon, the project that earned him National Geographic Adventurer of the Year
• A first look at the new Beyond Vision trailer, documenting Lonnie’s final chapter toward completing the Explorers Grand Slam

The Explorers Grand Slam includes reaching the North Pole, South Pole, and the highest peak on all seven continents. Fewer than 100 people in the world have completed it. No blind person ever has. Lonnie is on track to become the first - carrying the official Indiana state flag to the North Pole as part of the expedition.

Lonnie will be with us in person - not to give a formal talk, but simply to meet people, answer questions, and share the space together. Instead of a formal talk, Lonnie will be taking any and all questions. This smaller-group setting is your opportunity to meet him on a personal level and see why he’s inspiring to so many.

Evening flow

• 5:30 PM — Arrival, dinner, and conversation
• 6:00 PM — Screening begins
• Time afterward to connect and spend the evening together

This is a small, invite-only gathering with a limited guest list and catered dinner, designed to enable back-and-forth conversations about blindness, resiliency, and adventure.
