Not-So-Spooky Family Yoga

Join us for a fang-tastic time at our Halloween-themed Family Yoga Class before Trick or Treating in Historic Folsom! This fun and free event is perfect for all ages—bring your little ghouls and goblins for a spooktacular adventure that combines yoga, Halloween silliness, and family bonding.

Get ready to stretch, bend, and balance as we flow through playful poses inspired by creepy critters, haunted houses, and mystical potions. Our friendly instructors (Gina Davis & Sheree Corbett) will lead you through a series of spooky yet gentle poses that will get everyone giggling and moving.

Wear your favorite Halloween costumes—whether you're a brave witch, a mischievous monster, or a silly pumpkin! Directly after this funky flow, you're welcome to start your Trick-Or-Treating inside Mind Garden. Then head down Sutter Street to visit Historic Folsom for some good old fashioned fun and treats up and down the district! 2-5PM Trick or Treating with all participating merchants on Sutter Street.
