hello and welcome Internet User to NOT-ORBFEST it is LEGALLY DISTINCT from ORBFEST and will be a officially unofficial friday night prelude featuring four really spoicy ALTERNATIVE acts for your ears which are:FAT SPATULA York's resident kinda goofy alt weirdos who do a gamut of No Wave type music that sounds a lot like if you gave a thousand chimps freeform jazz LPs and pedalboards and made them all make gnarly riffs and shot the one whose was the least groovy and then repeated that 996 times. Also there's a strudel recipe.NO CAMEO are from Leeds and will rock your cochlias right off with an art-punk critical mass of frenetic energy and fuzzy thumping bass along with a fistful of alternately so-clean-it's-disgusting and just-disgusting guitars with angelic vox hand delivering conscious lyrics into your think hole.
A.K.BLISS the Mancunian outfit that genre-bends somewhere left of post-post-grunge and ambient crankwave. They make the kind of music that will form your pivotal soundtracks for e.g. having a panic attack in the lift, screaming at yourself in the mirror, or crying alone in a Poundland.
TERMS OF USE is a brand new grunge band in the York scene that consists of some lads from other grunge bands and the singer sounds a bit like Chris Cornell or so I told him a while ago and now he fronts this band so like maybe sometimes our words have consequences in this world.TICKETS ARE £3 FOR PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE A TICKET TO ORBFEST THE NEXT DAY!!
