Dirty Cello:
From Iceland to Italy, and all over the U.S., San Francisco-based band Dirty Cello brings the world a high energy and unique spin on blues, rock, and Americana. With wild vocals, and world class cello playing, the group is led by vivacious cross-over cellist, Rebecca Roudman. Dirty Cello is cello like you’ve never heard before. From down home blues and rock with a wailing cello to virtuosic stompin’ Americana, Dirty Cello is a band that gets your heart thumping and your toes tapping!
"Dirty Cello’s music is all over the map: funky, carnival, romantic, sexy, tangled, electric, fiercely rhythmic, and textured, and only occasionally classical." Oakland Magazine
"The band plays every style imaginable, and does some fantastic covers. (Their rendition of “Purple Haze” is incredible.) But what is most spectacular about them is hearing the depth of soul in Roudman’s playing—it goes beyond what most people would expect from the instrument. She plays it with so much heart, you’ll wonder why more bands don’t have a cellist." Good Times Santa Cruz
The Rockbusters:
Introducing “The Rockbusters” , the ultimate time machine that transports you straight to the roaring 80's era of rock and roll! This exceptional band is dedicated to reviving the nostalgic energy of the glorious decade through their electrifying performances of iconic 80's rock covers. Get ready to experience the thrill, the charm, and the sonic explosion that defined an entire generation. Led by their dynamic and charismaic front singers Molly Blackmon, Mike Dunn and Elisha Schreck.
The Rockbusters breathe new life into beloved classics by artist and bands such as Whitney Houston, Whitesnake, Toto, Journey, Foreigner, Heart, Brian Adams, Tears for Fears, Joan Jett, Huey Lewis and many more, delivering a show that will have you reaching for your air guitar and singing along at the top of your lungs.
What are Not Loud Concerts?
Not Loud Concerts was inspired by numerous jokes on the internet about wanting to go see a concert that was, “Not too loud, not too late, not too long, and not too expensive.”
With this idea in mind, Not Loud Concerts was created to showcase music based on the following principles:
- Not too loud
- Comfortable seating
- No crazy ticket prices
- Good parking whenever possible
- Not too long
These concerts are created for the enjoyment of the audience and are not based on old traditions.
