Join us for a special community workout hosted by Lavar Jacobs, founder of Not Just October, and [solidcore] Coach Devon.

Not Just October is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting breast cancer awareness, education, and community beyond October. Together, we’re bringing the community together through movement, strength, and wellness.

[solidcore] is a strength-based, Pilates-inspired workout performed on a reformer machine designed to challenge the entire body through slow, controlled movement and resistance training. This class is beginner friendly and welcoming to all movement levels.

Donations are welcomed and appreciated, but not required to attend.

Spots are limited and registration is required to attend.
