As a project manager for over a decade leading multimillion euro developments and joint ventures, George has built his career on keeping things on track in high-stakes and time-pressured environments - where changing risks, commercial realities, external crises and misaligned expectations can escalate. After qualifying as a mediator, George launched Project Mediator to focus on creating better business partnerships and joint ventures across the UK and Europe.
