About this Event

"Hope is a discipline" — Mariame Kaba

“If hope had a daily practice, what would it ask you to do consistently? Consistently, not heroically? . . . Hope is the discipline of showing up when nobody claps. Hope is the choice to keep your tenderness intact in a world that profits off your hardening. Hope is the small, repeated yes you make to your own life." — Mahogany L. Browne

We invite you to join us on March 21 at 50 Arrow Gallery for Not A Noplace: Hope Is A Discipline ⋆₊˚⊹

Not A Noplace is a righteous ritual calling for rain.

It is a living room for artists who identify as QTBIPOC to breathe, be, connect & feel into the present moment.

"I think of beauty as an absolute necessity. I don't think it's a privilege or an indulgence, it's not even a quest. I think it's almost like knowledge, which is to say, it's what we were born for. — Toni Morrison
