A nostalgic Sunday morning flow inspired by Stormie’s mom, who would play Enya and Norah Jones every Sunday morning while easing into the new week together. Expect an all-levels flow designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and those around you. Donation based. All levels welcome.
Stormie began her yoga journey in 2019 after moving to Arizona, where her aunt first introduced her to the practice. What started as something new quickly became a way to slow down, reconnect, and feel more present. Now based in Roanoke, Stormie is a graduate of Uttara’s Spring 2026 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. She strives to create classes that feel approachable, supportive, and offer the perfect balance of challenge and ease. Outside of yoga, you can find her spending time with her chickens and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.
