We are inviting YOU this coming Thursday for a Meal with Meaning - we'd love you to come and enjoy a slightly unusual dinner with us! Obviously this particular invitation is aimed at our Gauteng-based supporters, but if you are further afield and passionate about reducing food waste, it would be fabulous if you could share the invitation to like-minded folks so they can also join our NOSH network :-)What: You'll be treated to a spectacular three-course (last time it was 9!) gastronomic extravaganza expertly prepared and exquisitely presented by the HTA Principal, lecturers and second-year students, utilising salvaged and rescued foodstuffs that would otherwise have gone to waste. You will see that even unloved produce, especially in the hands of skilled and talented culinary professionals, can absolutely shine and delight!
Why: To support NOSH and learn more about what we do of course, but mainly to enjoy delicious food while increasing awareness about food surplus and food security, meeting new people who are also passionate about not wasting food and to just plain have a convivial evening.
