For this event, we’re pleased to welcome Chris Wilson from Stress Science as our guest speaker. Chris will explore why stress management is critical for long-term health, performance, and career longevity, helping us better understand the impact stress has on both individuals and organisations.

In this short, thought-provoking session, Chris will share insight into the human factors behind stress and why awareness is the first step to creating healthier, more sustainable careers. Expect an engaging and accessible talk designed to spark curiosity, reflection, and conversation.
