Get ready for the Humana Derby Festival mini & Marathon with this FREE 15-week training program that gives runners the opportunity to talk with professionals about nutrition, training methods, and injury prevention and education.

The January kick-off meeting at the Kentucky Derby Museum includes distribution of the free one-page training plan, as well as the opportunity to meet and talk with training & medical experts from the Norton Sports Health Team before training begins.
