Northwest Group - Risk Management Tools

The North-West Regional Interest Group invites you to an in-person event to explore risk management tools used in risk and compliance and the benefits these tools provide to stakeholders.

Many tools and techniques are available to assist in the various risk management steps to help an organisation manage its risks, minimise its impact, and maximise its opportunity. That is, systematic identification and risk assessment and effectively dealing with the results are significant to success.

The better risks are identified and responded to (mitigated/optimised), the better the outcome. The choice of tools and techniques in risk management can influence the degree and scope of decision-making, providing benefits for the Stakeholders / Shareholders.

This event will explore the practical application of a selection of tools and techniques available to provide insight into how risks are identified, managed, and controlled within businesses.

The agenda includes presentations from several companies, including:
