Joint Accreditation Statement: In support of improving patient care, Northwell Health is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Ph*rm*cy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Credit Designations: Contact Hours pending.

Refunds/Cancellations: Please note that cancellations can be made up until 7 days prior to the start of the program for a refund with a $25.00 administrative fee. No refunds for "no shows". Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any substitute attendees.
