Northstar Summer Stage: LowDown Brass Band

Join us for an evening of music in the mountains on the Northstar Summer Stage. On Saturday, September 5, Chicago's own LowDown Brass Band is bringing their brass-fueled energy to Northstar Village.
This free, family-friendly concert series brings together the community in the heart of Northstar Village every weekend from June through September. The skate rink is open, so you can bring your own skates or rent a pair and give it a whirl!
Seating is available around the fire pits or in a dedicated seating area on the rink, or you can bring your own chairs. Prefer to move with the music? Hit the dance area in front of the stage. Bring your own picnic or enjoy al fresco dining from our Village restaurants. Beverages available for purchase on-site.

Embodying the vibrant Chicago music culture, LowDown Brass Band is a one-of-a-kind horn ensemble weaving conscious hip hop, reggae, funk, and soul -- all founded upon a rebellious spirit. Rigorously touring, LowDown has performed on the most unique stages, from the Montreal Jazz Fest, Cotai Jazz Fest, Winnipeg Folk Fest, Alaska Salmon Fest, Golden Road Gathering, Electric Forest, Joshua Tree Music Fest, Bonnaroo, Summer Camp, Tree Fort Music Fest, and back to back EU/UK tours with Australia's Cat Empire and international artist Naïka.
