Gesine Bullock-Prado will discuss her new cookbook My Harvest Kitchen: 100+ Recipes to Savor the Seasons. The author of six best-selling cookbooks including the New York Times bestselling My Vermont Table and The Farm Table, Gesine has long celebrated Vermont’s rich culinary heritage in her series of acclaimed cookbooks and on her Food Network show, Baked in Vermont. My Vermont Kitchen was celebrated by critics as “brimming with joy” (Susan Orlean) and “pure Vermont” (Library Journal). Her highly anticipated follow-up, My Harvest Kitchen, will inspire readers of all culinary backgrounds, offering beautiful recipes prepared with home-grown ingredients. 

Gesine Bullock-Prado is a pastry chef, baking instructor, and the author of six books. She hosts Food Network’s Baked in Vermont and is the creator, producer, and cohost of the forthcoming show, Cookin’ It Old School. She has appeared as a baking judge on Food Network’s Christmas Cookie Challenge, Beat Bobby Flay, and Cupcake Challenge. She is an instructor at Sugar Glider Kitchen, her baking school in Hartford, Vermont.
