We invite you to join us for a photography meetup at the Northern Lights Photo Studio & Event Venue, a luxury event venue located just down the hall from our famous photo studio in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. This photography and networking event includes opportunities to use state-of-the-art Profoto lights, backdrops, softboxes, vanity room, and free-standing LED lights ready for shooting! There are both indoor studio and outdoor patio shooting locations for abundant shooting space.

One admission ticket ($15) includes 1 complimentary drink at the event venue bar. Tickets are non-refundable.

Learn how to photograph and direct a creative studio concept! Our meetup will begin with a portrait photography demo featuring Pearl Nemecek of The Pearl Photography LLC, showing you how to make the best out of studio lighting.

Try on clothes and model in them! We have stylized clothing on racks by a featured stylist.

Take sunset and nighttime photos on our boat on the Milwaukee River!

Info: Pearl is a photographer with seven years of experience in creative direction and modeling. She captures and directs an array of photographic genres including fashion editorial, beauty, product, events, and lifestyle. Learn how to make the most out of studio photography during this demo.

Info: Maria Olsson is the founder and designer of MISHKA, the Milwaukee-based high-fashion design studio turning heads with her designs and elaborate fashion shows. Enjoy trying on her pieces and modeling in them!
