Northern Italy Cooking Class

Join Chef Vinnie in the kitchen as he takes you on a journey to the northern part of Italy. In this semi hands on class you will learn how to prepare a delicious meal influenced by the many travels of Chef Vinnie. 2 glasses of wine will be served with this class.

Fresh Buffalo Burrata , Arugula, shaved fennel w/ aged balsamic vinegar, Wild boar ragu w/ fresh pappardelle pasta and truffle oil, Roasted Branzino w/ caper sauce, and Ricotta Cheesecake w/ amaro cherries. YUM!

Cost for this class is $80/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event

What to Expect:

In this class, Chef will walk you through the process of preparing each item. This is a semi hands on class which means the Chef will have some of the meal prepared ahead of time due to time restraints. The remainder of the meal will be prepared in the class with the participation of the attendees if you wish to participate. Please be prepared with ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class. You will receive 20% off if you wish to do any shopping and will have 30 minutes after the class for shopping (some exclusions apply)
