ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
JEREMY PAJER is truly a master of transformation and a leader in the field of personal freedom.
He has spent the last 20 years dedicating his life to spiritual growth and the healing arts. His approach to transformation and helping people embrace their humanity is practical, down-to-earth, fun, and loving. One of the things Jeremy is most passionate about is teaching people how to find their own wisdom and become the best teachers they can be.
Jeremy co-founded Freedom Folk and Soul, a Transformational Community of The Healing Arts, in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a lead facilitator in powerful and transformative workshops, classes, journeys, and trainings. He guides people on their journeys of self-discovery, self-healing, and self-expression across the US to the pyramids of Teotihuacan, Mexico, and many places in the world.
He loves to share his wisdom, creativity, and playfulness as an Ordained Minister of the Healing Arts, Master Breathwork Facilitator, Toltec Teacher, Firewalk instructor, and Personal Freedom Coach.
He brings his love and knowledge of firewalking, sweat lodges, Native American ceremony, Toltec wisdom, 12-Step traditions, and shamanic practices to people all over the world.
Jeremy coaches people on their individual paths to freedom. He has studied and apprenticed with many masters from countless traditions throughout the years and loves to share all he has been given. He is a co-author of the bestselling books "Shaman Heart: Turning Pain into Passion and Purpose" and "Shaman Heart: Sacred Rebel"

TINA GREEN
Tina Green is the “Self-Love Queen,” the Founder and Transformational Coach at Exposing The Roots and an integral team member and collaborator with Freedom Folk and Soul.
She is also a best-selling author, an ordained minister, and a certified celebrant.
Tina brings her grounded, loving, and vital mother energy and lived experience to everyone she serves. Through coaching and embodied experiences such as breathwork, ceremony, and ritual, Tina partners with women to create a foundation of self-love. She empowers women to rewrite their stories and honor and release old stories or beliefs that no longer serve.
Tina believes that when a woman learns to love herself, everything changes, and anything is possible.
Her transformational offerings for women include private coaching, breathwork, women’s circles, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, and initiations.
Tina has apprenticed with Jeremy Pajer and Stephanie Urbina Jones for several years in Teotihuacan, Mexico, and she is also a holistic chef and has 20 years of experience as an executive in non-profit and financial services.
She lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, two dogs, and cat in Northern California. She is a lifelong student, foodie, outdoor adventurer, music and theatre lover, and traveler.
